Handheld Meter
ART-HH1-SI/SO

The ART-HH1 Handheld Meter is the portable companion to ART's monitoring and telemetry platforms: a compact, battery-powered meter that powers a connected sensor or sonde and displays live readings on a backlit screen. It works entirely on its own, with no internet or telemetry connection, so it is ready for field crews, remote sites and quick checks anywhere on the water.
It is available in two models. The ART-HH1-SI connects to one sensor at a time, either an ART single sensor or an individual probe from the TrackerSonde, and is the model used for calibration. Calibrating each sensor on its own is simpler than placing a whole sonde in multiple calibration solutions, and because ART smart sensors store their calibration data internally, a sensor calibrated with the ART-HH1-SI can go straight back onto a buoy, sonde or TrackerNode. The ART-HH1-SO connects to the complete TrackerSonde and reads all installed probes, up to six, at once for vertical profiling and multi-parameter spot checks.
Readings are stored on the meter for later review, and depth is displayed whenever a depth sensor is connected. Custom cable lengths are available for profiling deeper water, and allowing about 60 seconds at each new depth lets readings stabilize. The meter runs on replaceable 18650 lithium-ion batteries, recharges over USB, and turns off automatically after 5 minutes to save battery. At 185 g and 150 x 70 x 30 mm, it is water resistant (not for submersion) and operates from -10 to 50 °C.
Typical applications include vertical profiling of lakes and reservoirs, spot checks at sites without telemetry, routine sensor calibration, field verification of buoy and TrackerNode readings, and site surveys before deployment.
